REACH for The Stars
Nick Pearson Memorial
John Wall Field Dedication
Nick was a three sport athlete at Prairie High School, who set several school records in these sports. During his football career, Nick ran 305 YARDS RUSHING and 4 touchdowns vs. Dubuque Senior, setting a SCHOOL RECORD of RUSHING YARDS in a SINGLE GAME! During his varsity career, he had 2982 yards rushing and 43 touchdowns. Nick was more that his accomplishments, he was a leader on the field, on the mat, and on the track. His work ethic was what every coach and teacher looked for in a student athlete. The Full Send message on the plaque is how he lived life as an athlete, a student, and as an overall person. By dedicating this plaque in the football stadium, we hope that he will inspire future Prairie Hawks to strive to be their best and give everything they have. Prairie High School is a better place for what Nick brought to it and we want his family, friends and teammates and the Prairie community to know he will not be forgotten.
